Bagel BrandsJessica Serrano, Chief Marketing Officer, joined Bagel Brands in August 2025 and leads the brand, digital, and guest experience strategy across all bagel concepts. She is responsible for driving brand relevance, innovation, and growth through integrated marketing efforts that connect with guests across all channels. Jessica brings over 18 years of experience in food and beverage marketing, brand strategy, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Bagel Brands, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dig Inn and held marketing and sales roles at Taco Bell, Burger King, Dole, and Kraft Foods. She is known for building culturally resonant brands, launching breakthrough campaigns, and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, consumer-driven environments. She holds both a MBA and a BS from the University of Southern California.
